Your holding fee payment is a first come first serve option to secure your spot on our reservation list.  Your puppy pick spot is guaranteed in the order you join our reservation / wait-list list.   If we don't have the gender of your choice, your holding fee payment will automatically transfer you to the next litter.  You can follow us on our social media at:

  • How much is a reservation fee?
    After you submit an application I will reach out to you ASAP. After we chat and you would like to move forward, an email with the reservation fee Contract will be sent to you and a $200 reservation fee will be collected. At that time you will be placed on the reservation list in the order of the date and time you qualify to join. Once the litter is born and you decide to commit to the litter another $300 Holding fee will be collected for a total of $500. This $500 fee will go toward your final puppy payment. Then you are all set for puppy pick day.
  • WHY JOIN THE RESERVATION LIST?
    A RESERVATION LIST ALLOWS US TO HAVE AN ORDER OF CHOICE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS ON PUPPY SELECTION DAY. EXAMPLE: IF YOU ARE THIRD ON THE RESERVATION LIST, YOU WILL BE THIRD IN LINE ON PUPPY SELECTION DAY.
  • WHAT IS REQUIRED TO JOIN THE RESERVATION LIST?
    YOUR NAME WILL BE ADDED TO THE RESERVATION LIST WHEN WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR COMPLETED APPLICATION, SIGNED CONTRACT, AND $200 NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE.
  • WHY IS THE RESERVATION FEE NON-REFUNDABLE?
    AS BREEDERS, WE SPEND HOURS DEDICATED TO OUR CUSTOMERS ANSWERING QUESTIONS, SENDING EMAILS, AND PROCESSING PAPERWORK. THIS HOLDING FEE HELPS TO COVER THE TIME THAT WE SPEND ON THESE SERVICES
  • WHAT IF I AM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RESERVATION LIST AND A PUPPY GENDER OR COLOR THAT I WANT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?
    IF A PUPPY MEETING YOUR CRITERIA IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AT YOUR PUPPY SELECTION TIME, YOU HAVE THE CHOICE TO PASS AND WAIT FOR THE NEXT LITTER AND KEEP YOUR SPOT ON THE RESERVATION LIST. THIS MOST LIKELY WILL MOVE YOU UP ON THE PUPPY SELECTION ORDER ON THE NEXT LITTER. THE ORDER OF THE RESERVATION / PUPPY SELECTION LIST USES THE DATE AND TIME THAT YOU QUALIFY AND ARE PUT ON YOUR ORIGINAL RESERVATION LIST.
  • How do I get a DN puppy?
    I am so glad to hear you are interested in one of our puppies! To get placed on a reservation list please submit a puppy application and I will get back to you within the next business day in order to start the process of purchasing one of our puppies.
  • When is full payment due?
    If you are paying for your puppy via cashiers check payment is due at 7 weeks after puppy picks take place. Otherwise, a final payment in cash is due at the time of puppy pick up.
  • Do you accept payments to be made on a puppy?
    Yes. Although the puppy must be paid for in full prior to he/her going to their new home. If you are picking up your puppy, final payment can be made in cash on the day of pick up. If your puppy is being shipped to you final payment must be done at 6 weeks of age.
  • Does my puppy come with a health guarantee?
    Yes. They come with a 1-year for debilitating genetic diseases guarantee. Our genetic guarantee guarantees that your puppy will not be affected by any of the breed-related genetic diseases.
  • When can I pick up my puppy?
    Our puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. If you need us to hold your puppy after he/she turns 8 weeks old, please make arrangements with us ahead of time. There will be a $20/day charge for any puppy that is not picked up within a week of their go-home date. If they are being flown with a flight nanny then the charges do not start until after the first week they are able to fly home.
  • Do you offer shipping?
    We have a few different options for our long-distance customers. Flight Nannies are $500- $900 for domestic flights. We have had great experiences with our nannies and highly recommend this option. We can also meet clients in Austin. This is convenient for us and we are happy to do it free of charge. If we need to meet farther than that, we do charge a delivery fee. We are busy people, so in the event, we are not able to deliver your puppy we do have another ground transporter available and I can request a quote for you.
  • Do you offer breeding rights?
    We no longer offer breeding rights.
  • What if I can no longer keep my puppy?
    We understand life happens and plans change. Due to this, we request that you reach out and let us know. We will gladly help you place the dog in a new home or take him/her back no questions asked. I constantly have people asking for an older dog, so placement wouldn't be an issue.
  • When do I need to take my puppy to the vet after I get him/her?
    All of our puppies come with a health guarantee which requires you to have your new puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of getting your puppy. You will need to send me a copy of the exam visit and any doctor's notes for the health guarantee to be valid.
  • What about vaccinations?
    Our puppies will go home up to date on shots and vet care for their age. At 6 weeks, they will get their first round of vaccinations and then again at 8 weeks before they go home. Our puppies are also dewormed periodically.
  • What does my puppy come home with?
    Your puppy will be sent home with a Spay/neuter contract, 1-year health guarantee, a blanket or toy that smells like their mama and siblings, a bag of the food your puppy has been eating, microchip, two rounds of shots and records, deworming at 2, ,4, 6, and 8 weeks, new puppy folder including grooming and training, a lifetime of breeder support.
